His Excellency the Minister of Education honors the former Secretary-General of the Council
His Excellency the Minister of Education, Chairman of the Council for University Affairs, in the presence of Council members and university presidents, honored the former Secretary-General of the Council for University Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Saleh, on the occasion of the end of his term as Secretary-General of the Council. His Excellency the President of the Council appreciated the efforts made by Dr. Muhammad Al-Saleh throughout his period of work in the Secretariat of the University Affairs Council, and before that in the Higher Education Council, which contributed to the development of a number of rules and regulations for Saudi universities, which contributed to raising the quality of the university education system in the Kingdom. His Excellency wished success to Dr. Muhammad Al-Saleh in the next stage. For his part, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saleh extended his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Education, Chairman of the Council of Universities Affairs, for this honor, praising the support and guidance he found during the last period in the Council. Dr. Al-Saleh extended his thanks to the presidents of all public universities for the cooperation and appreciation he found during his period of work in the Council. Al-Saleh also expressed his thanks and appreciation to all those who worked with them in the General Secretariat of the Council for University Affairs, wishing success to Dr. Bassam bin Abdullah Al-Bassam, Secretary-General of the Council for University Affairs. It is noteworthy that Dr. Muhammad Al-Saleh was Secretary-General of the Council from 1420 AH until 1444 AH.
